How do you handle ledge close to the surface?
We work with it rather than fight it. Ledge takes load beautifully; the design work is drainage, so water crossing the rock exits instead of pooling under your surface and freezing. Occasionally minor rock removal makes sense, and we tell you the cost honestly before anything happens.
Do you build in York Beach's summer chaos?
We schedule around it. Beach-area projects land in shoulder seasons when streets are passable and neighbors are not living beside a work zone in July.
Our long gravel driveway washes out every spring. Pave it or fix it?
