Concrete Patios & Walkways in Ogunquit, Maine

Ogunquit properties are close together, close to the water, and busy from May through October, which shapes every project we do here. Access is tight, timelines bend around the season, and the finished surface has to look right beside some of the most photographed coastline in Maine. This is precision work more than volume work, and it suits how we build.

Walkways and patios lead the list. From Shore Road down toward Perkins Cove, we install stamped and decorative concrete that carries the look of natural stone without stone's joints, wobble, and weeding: entry walks, garden paths, terraces, and compact patios that make small outdoor spaces work hard. Our concrete services spec every Ogunquit pour for exposure: air-entrained mix, coastal sealers, and textures that keep footing on foggy mornings. Where an inn or rental property needs guest-ready surfaces, we schedule shoulder-season so everything is cured and clean before the first check-in.

Short driveways and parking pads run through our asphalt services, and the frequent Ogunquit complication, ledge near the surface and water moving across it, runs through our excavation and site work. Getting water off ledge and away from a slab is the difference between an Ogunquit surface that lasts and one that cracks by its third spring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work on a lot with almost no equipment access?

Yes. We routinely move material through gates and along narrow side yards with compact equipment, and we protect everything on the path. Access planning is part of the site visit, not a surprise on day one.

When should an inn or rental owner schedule concrete work?

Fall and early spring. Fall pours cure into winter with the property quiet; spring pours need enough lead time before opening. Either way, call before the season you are targeting; those windows fill first.

Does salt fog actually damage concrete?

Salt accelerates surface wear on unprotected concrete, which is why our coastal pours are sealed with products rated for it and why we give you a real resealing interval. Protected correctly, the slab is a decades-long surface.

Stamped concrete or bluestone for a Shore Road walkway?

Bluestone is beautiful and moves, heaves, and grows joints. Stamped concrete in a bluestone pattern gives you the look as one reinforced slab. We will show you both honestly, including where real stone is worth its maintenance.
