Is a small patio worth a site visit?
Yes, and the visit is how we keep small jobs affordable: we measure, check grade and drainage once, and give you a firm number. Small pours are scheduled between larger projects, which works in your favor on price.
Our new-build driveway is rutting after two years. Why?
Almost certainly settlement of under-compacted fill from construction. The lasting fix is excavating the soft zones, rebuilding the base in compacted lifts, and repaving. We can usually confine the rebuild to the failed areas.
Do you pour barn and outbuilding slabs?
Regularly. Thickened edges, correct reinforcement for equipment loads, and grades that keep wash water moving out the door instead of pooling at the back wall.
