Our development driveway is only four years old and failing. Is that normal?
Common, unfortunately. Construction-schedule paving over young fill fails on roughly that timeline. The rebuild fixes the base, which the original never had, so the second driveway is the durable one.
Concrete or asphalt for an Eliot driveway?
