Our lot near the marsh stays wet. Can anything be built on it?
Usually yes, with honest engineering: raised grades, drainage that gives water somewhere to go, and base sections built for the conditions. The site visit tells us whether your project is straightforward, needs ground correction first, or genuinely is not worth building. You get the truth either way.
Can you pave a parking area without closing my business?
That is normal for our Route 1 work. Phased sections, off-hours pours where needed, and clear communication about which spaces are usable when.
What is the best surface for a beach-road driveway?
Depends on length, slope, and how the property is used. Asphalt takes plow blades well on longer drives; concrete outlasts everything on short, hard-turning aprons. We price both on the visit.
Do you install walkways that handle outdoor showers and constant sand?
Yes: broom or light-stamped textures for wet traction, correct pitch so water and sand rinse off, and joints placed where they will not collect debris.
